TIMELESS HOMESCHOOL EVENTS- CENTRAL ALABAMA

Growing Together Across Central Alabama

Many families have noticed that our Central Alabama calendar looks a little different this year, and we wanted to share why.
For many years, Timeless North Alabama hosted its largest events at the Roundhouse in Huntsville. Unfortunately, the Roundhouse is no longer available for private rentals, which meant finding a new home for some of our biggest and most established programs.
After an extensive search, we are excited to begin a new chapter at Ingalls Harbor Pavilion in Decatur. While we are thrilled about the opportunities this venue provides, moving major events to a new location is a significant undertaking. Every event must be reimagined, redesigned, and adapted to fit a completely different space.
This year, our volunteer team will be working behind the scenes to rebuild and refine several of our largest events, including:
• Glow Party Fall Dance
• The Yule Ball
• Prom
• Our brand-new Underclassman Spring Formal for ages 14–16

We are also implementing new event procedures, updating security measures, and creating new experiences for students throughout the region.
The reality is that Timeless is still a small, volunteer-driven organization. While we have big dreams and exciting plans, we only have a handful of people working year-round to make these events happen. This year, we need all hands on deck as we focus on successfully launching these programs in their new home and building a strong foundation for the future.
Because of that, there will be fewer Central Alabama specialty events during the 2026–2027 school year. However, Central Alabama families are invited and encouraged to attend our regional events in Decatur, including:
• Glow Party Fall Dance
• The Yule Ball
• Spring Formal
• Prom at The Barn at Lake Catoma

This is not a step back. It is a year of building.
As our North Alabama events become established at Ingalls Harbor Pavilion, we look forward to expanding our Central Alabama offerings once again. Some events already being discussed for future years include:
• Middle School Luau
• Autumn Glo Fall Dance & Cookout
• Progressive Dinners
• Pop-Up Teen Events
• Murder Mystery Events
• Additional middle school and teen social opportunities
• Expanded regional events throughout Central Alabama

Families can also look forward to the return of our annual Prom at The Barn at Lake Catoma in April 2027. Theme announcements and additional details will be coming soon.

Thank you for your patience, support, and encouragement as we continue to grow. We are incredibly excited about what lies ahead and look forward to serving homeschool families throughout Central Alabama for many years to come.
