Prom Has Always Been Special to Us

When Timeless began hosting prom in 2009, homeschool proms were beginning to pop up in communities across the country. Families were creating new ways for homeschool teens to enjoy the same milestones and celebrations as their traditionally schooled friends.

We wanted that for our community too.

But from the beginning, we wanted our prom to be about more than simply having a dance. We wanted to create a place where homeschool students from different co-ops, cover schools, churches, groups, and families could all come together for one special night.

That is still at the heart of Timeless Prom today.

Our Kind of Prom

Over the years, our proms have developed a style of their own.

We love creating highly themed, boutique-style proms where the theme becomes part of the entire evening. We pay attention to the little details, from the atmosphere and décor to the special touches throughout the night.

Some years are elegant. Some are whimsical. Some take us somewhere completely unexpected.

But each one is created especially for that year's students, and no two Timeless Proms are quite the same.

Prom 2027 Is Coming

Prom is one of our favorite Timeless traditions, and plans for Prom 2027 are already underway!

We're keeping the details tucked away just a little longer. 👀

More information about this year's Prom, including dates, location, registration, and other details, will be announced in the months ahead.

Help Us Prepare for Prom

There’s a lot that happens behind the scenes before Prom night, and we would love to have a few more parents join us this year!

Volunteers can help with decorations, props, flowers, setup, and other preparations as we bring this year’s Prom together.

We’re also looking for volunteers the night of Prom to help as chaperones and with hospitality, refreshments, and other areas throughout the evening.

Whether you’re crafty, creative, great at organizing, or simply willing to lend a hand, we’d love to have you.

As a thank you for volunteering, each volunteer will receive 50% off up to two Prom 2027 tickets.

Prom Through the Years

Take a look back at Timeless Prom through the years, from past Prom nights to the theme reveals that started the excitement long before the doors opened.

At Timeless, announcing our Prom theme has become part of the tradition. Each year, we create a Theme Reveal Video to officially introduce the theme and give students their first glimpse of the world we're creating for Prom night.

But before there can be a reveal, there has to be an idea!

For our Huntsville-area Prom, 100% of our themes begin with suggestions from our teens. Sometimes we run with an idea exactly as they imagined it. Other times, we take part of a suggestion, combine different ideas, or pull certain elements from a theme and turn them into something uniquely Timeless.

The teens have a lot of fun throwing their ideas into the mix, and over the years, it has become part of the Prom experience itself.

Our Central Alabama Prom themes are currently created by our volunteer team, but we would love for that tradition to grow here too! As our Central Alabama community grows, we hope more of our teens will share the themes and ideas they'd love to see brought to life at a future Prom.

Then comes the best part: watching an idea become a world they get to step into for one night.
